Meet Maria
Maria started in the real estate industry shortly after graduating from Arizona State University. Out of school in 2008, she began her career working for the city of Chandler and Phoenix with city employee and home benefits. Upon moving to Texas with family over eleven years ago, she married a native Texan and fell in love with Austin. She began her real estate career in Texas excelling in client services for a local Realty company and her passion drove her to quickly obtain her license. Her heart has always been in the service of people. She has achieved a reputation in Austin for providing quality real estate service based on integrity, knowledge, professionalism, and unparalleled marketing. Maria has lived in Austin for the past eleven years and has fallen in love with this city. As a native Arizonan, she understands the importance of finding a home in a neighborhood that suits you when relocating and also the stress of selling your beloved home when it is time to move away from the heart of Texas.

Maria fell in love with the research of real estate first, so she loves to dig into a neighborhood, or a home and find out everything to position her clients at their best and most knowledgeable.
Maria, along with a busy career in real estate and raising her daughter, finds time for philanthropy. She volunteers regularly with her daughter’s school and a local food bank. With her extensive background in food and drink, she cooks for family and friends almost daily and loves to create craft cocktail recipes. In her free time, you can catch her hiking, spending time with her family and Golden Retriever, and occasionally in a local theater production. The theater is one of Maria’s passions, as she was an actor for many years.
Maria knows Austin and surrounding areas like Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville. She is an expert negotiator and researcher. She cannot wait to help you follow your dreams.
